Gottfried Helnwien Photo Response

The image above is a zoomed in picture of a young girl with blue eyes and a very small man rappelling down her nose. The man is in the upper right corner of the photo but on left side of her nose near her eyebrow. Based on how the girl's skin looks, it suggest that she is wearing make up on her entire face. I think it is more of an artistic image rather than a documentary image because when you look at the picture and how it is all put together it doesn't feel like a documentary image. I do not think the picture is Photoshopped just based on the elements within the photo do not suggest to me that it was Photoshopped. I feel the scale of the man to the girl's face greatly affects the photo and how it is interpreted by the viewer. Some may interpret it as commentary on current events in the world or nation where the photographer's intent was not to comment on the current events but, a past event or a issue that they find important to them at that point in their career. I feel that based on what I know from looking at the image that how I interpret it as a commentary on a personal issue or an issue that they want the public to focus on rather than something else.
